Single Layer Trapezoidal Sheets

Single layer trapezoidal sheets are widely used in structures where thermal insulation is not required or in projects where sandwich applications are preferred. In these applications, various insulation materials are placed between two metal sheets of single layer trapezoidal sheets. These materials include rock wool, glass wool, high-density polyurethane or polystyrene foams. Single layer trapezoidal sheets provide an economical solution in roof and facade claddings, as these materials minimize the weight on the structure due to their lightweight nature. They are commonly preferred in projects such as warehouses, factories, and agricultural structures where thermal insulation is not needed. Additionally, thanks to their ease of installation and long-lasting structures, projects can progress quickly.

Single layer trapezoidal sheets are also frequently preferred in special projects such as terrace roofs. Terrace roofs are especially critical in terms of water insulation. While water insulation is provided with membrane in such roofs, rigid thermal insulation materials are applied under the membrane. These materials increase the building's energy efficiency and provide protection against external factors. Single layer trapezoidal sheets are located at the bottom of the insulation layer. These sheets ensure the roof's longevity thanks to their waterproof properties and durability. Moreover, they provide an aesthetic solution for terrace roofs. Thanks to the various color and pattern options of trapezoidal sheets, they provide flexibility in architectural design, which adds visual contribution to projects.
